Who we are
KleenQuote (quote.maxshiyaz.com) is a pricing calculator for Australian cleaning businesses, operated by Max Shiyaz (Perth, Australia). Contact: maxshiyaz@nexuskleen.com.
What we collect
- Your name and email address, when you sign up for free quotes. Used to verify your account, deliver license keys, and (if you opt in) send occasional product updates.
- Payment details, processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Your quote inputs and custom rates, stored on your own device (browser storage), not on our servers. The numbers you type and the rates you set stay yours and are never sent to us.
- How you use the app. We record when you open KleenQuote, which calculator you use, how many quotes you have run, when you reach the upgrade screen, and when you buy or unlock. These records are linked to your email address. We record that you priced a job and which calculator you used, but not what the job was or what you charged.
How your data is handled
- Emails are sent via Resend (our email processor).
- Hosting is provided by Vercel.
- Usage records are stored in a private database hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. We use them to work out where people get stuck so we can improve the calculator.
- We use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure and improve our advertising. They record page views, sign-ups and purchases, and (via each platform's advanced matching) send a securely hashed, non-reversible version of your email address to Meta and TikTok to attribute conversions and show you relevant ads. See Meta's Privacy Policy and TikTok's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of interest-based ads in each platform's ad preferences.
- We don't sell your data. We don't share it except with the processors above, as needed to run the service.
- To have your data deleted, email us and we'll action it within 30 days.
Terms of use
- KleenQuote provides pricing guidance, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Time and cost estimates assume experienced cleaners and average conditions, always confirm job scope on site before committing to a price.
- You are responsible for the prices you quote and the compliance of your own business (including award wages, insurance, and GST obligations).
- Purchases grant a personal, lifetime license for the purchaser's business. License keys are tied to your email and may not be resold or shared.
- Rates and estimates are updated periodically but may lag market or award changes.
- Refunds: if the product doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
